Abstract

This paper provides information on the discovery of 2 new coleopteran species infesting apples in Himachal Pradesh, India, in 2012 and 2013, i.e. Scelodonta strigicolis and Xylinophorus strigifrons. Preliminary observations on the damage caused by these coleopteran pests on apples are also presented.
