Abstract

In February 2017, leaves of aubergines (Solanum melongena) exhibiting shrinking and yellow mosaic symptoms were collected in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China, and named YN5958. The presence of Tomato yellow leaf curl Kanchanaburi virus (TYLCKaV) was detected on the infected samples based on various molecular analyses. This is thought to be the first report of TYLCKaV in China.
