A new parasitoid species of Gastrancistrus Westwood (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) reared from Apricot flower midge, Contarina pruniflorum Coutin & Rambier (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) is described in Malatya province, Turkey.
